     Salmon Loaf

Ingredients
1 (1pound) can salmon
1 - 8 ounce cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons grated or minced onioni
1 teaspoon prepared white horseradish
1/4 teaspoon saltz
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons snipped parsley
 

Instructions
Bone, flake and drain salmon. Mix all except nuts and parsley. Leave in bowl and refrigerzte a few hours. Mix nuts and parsley on waxed paper. Make several small salmon logs (3- 4). Rolling parsley and nuts and refrigerate or freeze.
