Ingredients
2 kg beef (very lean)
200g celer (1/2 of a small one or 1/4 or a big one)
200g petrzel (one big piece)
400g carrot
2 nions
Butter 2 table spoon
beef bujon 1 piece
svickova herb bag (or pepper balls, new herb balls, tymian)
half lemon for juice
 

Instructions
• salt and pepper the meat one night before • Fry onion on butter, add in beef and fry beef till surface is brown • Put in chopped veges • Put in 1 liter of water • Put in 1 beef bujon • Put pepper balls, new herb balls, tymian (or svickova herb package) • add half lemon juice • Shimmer until meat is soft • Take out herbs and meat • Blend the veges • Add one cup of cream • Add salt and sugar to good taste
