     Christina's Smoothie

Ingredients
1 tablet of Supradyn (water disolvable multi vitamin)
Small amount of coconut powder to sweeten
Small amount of dryed cranberry for freshness
Nuts
3-4 Tbsp of Flacons de 5 Cereales or bran cereal
Fruit of choice
1 banana
 

Instructions
Fill your blender or food processor about a quarter of the way with water. Add the multi vitamin tablet (optional). Amounts of other ingredients will vary depending on your taste.
Nuts- such as sunflower seeds, almonds, hazelnuts, pecans, walnuts, peanuts. Use a different one each time for variety. Fruits- such as blueberries, strawberries, blackberries, nectarines, peaches, kiwi, apple, pineapple. Banana- as a thickener
The smoothie will be very thick, so you have to chew it a bit instead of just drink it.
