Instructions |

Mike flour with butter like a pie crust,
add whipping cream, chil 1 hour
|

Preheat oven 375, roll doug 1/8 inch thick on
slightly floured board, cut into 1 1/2 inch
rounds. springle both sides with sugar.

Place on UNGREASED baking sheet and prick with
fork. bake 7 to 9 min at 375 until slightly puffy
allow to cool

mix fililng and make a sandwich cookie
