Bring a pot of salted water to boil.
Add pasta and cook according to al dente package
directions.
Drain pasta
Melt butter in skillet over medium heat.
Saute onion and bell pepper until soft, about 5
minutes.
Add ground pork and cook until brown.
Drain excess fat.
In large pot, heat spaghetti sauce until bubbling.
Add pork mixture, pasta, and sour cream.
Cook until heated through, about 5 minutes.
