Preheat oven to 350.
In a microwave safe bowl, mix 1/2 cup cocoa, 1/2
cup sugar and mix until combined.
Add 1/2 cup butter and microwave until butter
melts. Stir well
Pour into mixing bowl and add the rest of the
sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well.
Add baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon,
and flour. Mix well.
Add shredded zucchini and mix 15 seconds until
combined.
Add chocolate chips and mix them through.
Prepare muffin tray with liners or spray.
Pour mixture into muffin tray.
Bake 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out
clean.
