Preheat oven 350 degree.
Mix the first 5 ingredients together and then add the rest.
Stir together the next 4 ingredience till blended.
Poor in a greased cooke sheet.
Bake for 25 min.
Cream Cheese Icing-
Mix the cream cheese, vanilla, butter, milk and icing sugar together till blended.
When the pumpkin sheet cake is cooled spread the icing on top.
