Cook pasta in boiling salted water until done.
Drain. Rinse macaroni under cold water, and drain
again.
Combine pasta with cheese, vegetables, mayonnaise,
sour cream, milk, and pickle relish. Sprinkle
paprika on top. Chill for at least 24 hours.
Serve.
NOTE- I frequently add extra mayo or sour
cream to this recipe. This is an easy and
flexible recipe, just omit what you don’t like
and add what you do. The original recipe was
bell pepper and celery, which I don’t like. If
kids are eating, I omit the onion as well.
