2 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup sour cream
|

minced zest of 1 lemon
|

salt and pepper to taste

2 Tbl. minced fresh dill
|

1 Tbl. minced fresh mint
|
| |
1 cup English cucumber, diced
|
| |
1 cup radishes, diced
|
|

1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced

3 flavored tortillas, warmed (10")
|

Instructions |
|
|
|
* puree feta, cream cheese, sour cream, zest, salt, and pepper in a food processor until smooth
* transfer to a bowl and fold in herbs
|
|
|
|
* spead 1/3 of the feta mixture evenly over each tortilla.
* top 1/2 of each tortilla with 1/3 of the vegetavles
|
|
|
|
* roll tortillas, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for 30 minutes to set up the filling
* slice each wrap into 4 pieces
|
