     Apricot Chicken

8-12 chicken thighs
1 cup apricot jam or preserves
1/4 cup dried onion flakes
1 Tbsp Beef Base
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp parsley flakes
1/8 tsp celery salt
1/8 tsp paprika
1/8 tsp ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13x9 casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange chicken thighs in dish.
Mix remaining ingredients in a large bowl until blended well. Pour sauce over chicken thighs.
Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Serving Suggestions
Best served over white rice or couscous with the apricot sauce.
