     Chocolate Pie

Ingredients
4 Eggs Separated
1 cup plus 8 tablespoons Sugar
1/3 cup All Purpose Flour
2 heaping tablespoons Cocoa
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Stick Butter
2 cups Milk
1 Unbaked Pie Crust
 
Instructions
Combine 1 cup sugar, flour, and cocoa in a saucepan. Add milk and beaten egg yolks. Mix well and add butter.
Cook over medium heat until medium thick. Add vanilla.
Pour into unbaked pie crust and bake at 350 until crust is golden brown.
Beat egg whites with 8 tablespoons of sugar until stiff and they hold their shape. Place on top of pie and bake at 400 until golden brown.
