     Cheesy Spinach and Bacon Dip

Ingredients
1 10 oz. package of frozen chopped spinach
1 16 oz. Velvetta cheese - cut into 1/2 inch cubes
4 oz. cream cheese - cubed
1 10 oz. RoTel diced tomatoes and green chiles - UNdrained
8 slices of bacon cooked to crisp and then crumbled
 
Instructions
Combine in a microwavable bowl. Cook on high for 5 minutes, mixing until well blended, stir an additional 3 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
