     Baked Taco Shell Bowls

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None

Ingredients
Food Cans empty average size
Water to fill a pie plate
1 T Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
Torilla Shells

Instructions
Pour water and oil into a pie plate. Place the empty food cans upside down on a large cookie sheet. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
Dip each tortilla shell quickly into the water mixture. Don't saturate the shells. Less water is better. Drape the tortilla shells over the empty food cans.
Cook in the oven until the shells are not moist anymore about 12 minutes Watch that the shells don't get too brown.
Do not remove the shells from the cans until cool. The shells when cooled will hold their shape and can be placed in a bread bag and stored in the fridge till needed.
