You can use spinach or romain lettuce for this recipe. Take the large
stems off the spinach. If using romaine lettuce cut up into pieces.
Mix. all the ingredients together. Pour the salad dressing on just
before serving.
Feeds 24 as long as it isn't the main part of the meal.
