Boil for 1 minute the butter, flour and chicken broth till thick.
Cut up the onions, celery, carrots, peppers and mushrooms to tiny pieces.
Quarter the mushroom slices as it looks better if they are very small.
Add all the ingredients to the chicken broth mixture and stir. Cook for about 20 minutes to allow
the favours to blend and taste to see if it is ok.
