Sprinkle paprika on steak and allow to stand while preparing other
ingredients. Cook garlic and steak in butter until browned. Add
onions and green pepper. Continue cooking until meat is done.

Blend water with cornstarch, soy sauce and broth. Pour the liquid
over the steak and vegetables. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. The
tomatoes need to stay fresh looking so add them at the end and cook
for one more minute.
