In a large microwave safe bowl, microwave the peanut butter just
enough that it is easier to stir, then whisk.
Add milk, eggs, sugar, salt, baking powder and baking soda, whisking
to combine after each additional ingredient.
At this point the batter will be thin.

Add the flour and cornstarch to the mixture. You will now need a
spatula or spoon as the batter will now be thicker.
Scrape the batter into the prepared loaf pan, and smooth the top.
Using a very sharp knife, score the top of the batter. With one
fluid stroke score the batter lengthwise.
Sprinkle the top with the chocolate chips.
