     Turkey Tetrazzini - 2

Ingredients
2 8 oz. pkgs of Angel Hair pasta
1/4 c. butter
2/3 c. sliced onion
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/4 tsp. ground mustard
 
1 c. shredded Sharp Cheddar cheese
1 can sliced mushrooms (4.5 oz.), undrained
1 lb. turkey

Instructions
Preheat oven to 400. Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook for 4 minutes. Drain.
Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add onion. Cook and stir until tender. Stir in the flour until well blended. Gradually stir in the milk so that no lumps form. Season with salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, and mustard. Stir mixture constantly until it thickens. Remove from heat. Add 2/3 c. cheese, stirring until melted. Add mushrooms.
Place layer of pasta in the bottome of a 9x13 baking dish. Cover with a layer of turkey. Then add a layer of cheese sauce. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle remaining 1/3 c. cheese on over top.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until sauce is bubbly and cheese on top is toasted.
Serving Suggestions
We liked this but it needed more flavoring. Maybe add real garlic next time.
