     Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients
2 C Flour
2 C Milk
6 Eggs
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Olive Oil per muffin tin cup
 

Instructions
Mix with a whisk all the ingredients. It's ok to leave a few lumps. It cooks better if the mixtures sits at room temperature till it reaches room temperature.
Put 1/2 t. olive oil in each muffin cups. Heat the muffin tin at 400 degrees until very hot. Take the muffin tin out of the oven and immediately fill the cups half full of batter and bake approximately 25 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Serve with roast beef. Put gravy over the Yorkshire Pudding.
