Mom's Meatloaf

Ingredients

	1 can beefy mushroom soup
	2 pounds ground beef
	1/2 cup fine bread crumbs (Panko)
	1 egg slightly beaten
	1/3 cup chopped onion


Instructions


Mix ingredients with half of the soup. Shape firmly into loaf. Bake in shallow pan at 375 for 1 1/4 hours.


Blend remaining soup with 2 Tbs. water and 2 Tbs. drippings. Heat, stir and serve with meatloaf.
