     Orange Cream Layered Dessert

Ingredients
2 cups orange sherbert or sorbet
1 8 oz. package of cream cheese - softened
1 14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup orange juice
1 8 oz. tub of cool whip
 

Instructions
Line 9x5 loaf pan with foil. Spread sherbert or sorbet on the bottom of the prepared pan. Freeze for about 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese until creamy.
Gradually add condensed milk and juice, beating until blended. Gently stir in cool whip. Pour over sherbert or sorbet in pan. Freeze for 3 hours.
Invert pan onto a plate and remove the foil.
Serving Suggestions
Nice light dessert in the summer.
