     Lemonade Stand Pie

Ingredients
1/3 cup Country Time Lemonade Drink Mix
1/2 cup cold water
2 cups softened vanilla ice cream
1 8 oz. tub of thawed cool whip
1 graham cracker pie crust - either homemade, or store bought
 

Instructions
Place drink mix in a large bowl. Add water, stir until mix is dissolved. Add ice cream. Beat with mixer on low speed until well blended. Gently stir in cool whip. Freeze if necessary until the mixture is thick enough to mound.
Spoon into crust. Freeze at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight. Remove from freezer at least 15 minutes prior to serving.
Serving Suggestions
Can be prepared with low fat ice cream and cool whip to reduce calories. -)
