     Chive & Onion Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
2 pds Potatoes (6 cups)
1/2 Cup Milk
1 Tub 7.5oz Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1/4 Cup Ranch Dressing
Salt & Pepper to taste
 
Instructions
Peel,Quarter and Cook Potatoes till done.
Mash Potatoes using Cream Cheese Spread, Ranch dressing, Salt and Pepper. Add just enough Milk(I used 1/2 & 1/2) to get to desired consistency.
I doubled this using a 5lb bag of potatoes. Doubled Cream Cheese and Ranch. Did not need much Milk.
