     Mary's Pork Chops

Ingredients
1 egg
1 1/2 cup milk
6 boneless pork chops
141/2 oz. can beef broth
bread crumbs
 

Instructions
Beat egg and milk together set aside. Dip pork chops in egg mixture, coat with bread crumbs. Brown on both sides in a 12 inch skillet adding a bit of oil if needed. Pour broth over pork simmer until fork tender. About 1 hour.
