1 pint strawberries or 1 package whole, frozen strawberries
1 red onion thinly sliced
Dressing-
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. strrawberry vinegar or a light wine vinegar I( I use wine)
1/3 cup csugar
1/4 cup whole milk
2 tbsp. poppy seeds
Instructions
Make dressing ahead to blend flavors. Place greens in large bowl or on individual plates. Slice strawberries & onions and arrange on top of greens. Toss salad or drizzle individual plated with dressing.
