|
1. Pipe chocolate onto wax paper and let dry. Use the template on the other side of this page.
Put the wax paper over top the template and pipe right over the designs. Once the chocolate
has hardened stand the designs up and place them on the desserts.
2. Sift icing sugar over desserts and around the dessert plate (the
dessert has to be dry because if it is wet it will melt the icing sugar).

3. Drizzle chocolate from a pipping bag on the dessert plate and
place the dessert on top then drizzle more chocolate on the dessert
if you wish.
4. Write words or specific holiday designs on the edge of a dessert
plate with icing or chocolate from a pipping bag.

|
5 Form rosette with whipping cream, beside or on top of a desert.
6. Make a pureed berry or fruit sauce and put it on the middle of a
plate and place the dessert on top.

|
7. Make chocolate curls by using a carrot peeler on a block of milk
chocolate (dark chocolate doesn't work as well because it is harder).
