This recipe makes enough for a two crust 9 inch pie. Mix the flour, salt and oil together. Then
add the water a table spoon at a time, dropping the water in different places on the dough.
Wherever the water is place mix just that section and then with as few strokes as possible mix
all the dough together. Don't over mix as it makes the dough tougher. If more water is needed
add just what is needed.
much water will make it soggy.
