Combine the sugar and syrup in a saucepan and heat till the sugar
melts. Add the cream and bring to a boil. Cook till soft ball stage.
Be careful to not heat longer as then the candy becomes hard. Pour
over popcorn immediately and stir the popcorn and candy until all the
popcorn has been covered.
