Boil in a sauce pan water and bullion. Place the thawed fish in the boiling
water mixture and return to a boil. The water should just barely
cover the fish. Cover and reduce the heat to maintain a simmer.
Cook fish 10 minutes or till done. Twist a fork in the middle of the fish
and if it separates easily it is done. When done remove from the water and place on a serving
tray.
