Heat the cream in a sauce pan to simmer. Add some of the heated
cream to the mixed egg yolks and then put the egg yolks into the rest
of the cream mixture. Stir and heat till thickened, but do not let it
boil. Add the nutmeg and parsley.
This sauce is usually poured over chicken and fettuccini noodles.
Double this recipe will feed 11 people and you will need 1 1/2 pkg of noodles.
