     Chocolate Sauce

3 T Cocco add some Bernard Callebaut Chocolate if you want
2 1/2 T heaping, Cornstarch
Dash Salt
3/4 C Sugar
3/4 C Milk or Cream
2 T Butter
1 t. vanilla

Put the butter and sugar in the sauce pan and heat just till melted. Add the salt, Chocolate and cornstarch mix. Add the cream and heat till boiling and thickens. Add more cornstarch as needed to get the consistency you desire. Take off the stove and add the vanilla.
Put in the fridge till ready to use. You can heat it up before serving. You don't need to add the Bernard Callebaut it still tastes good with out it. Ether way you need to add the full 3 T of Cocoa to get the right color and flavour. This recipe taste good with the milk or the cream.
