     Orange Almond Salad

Ingredients
2 heads Romaine Lettuce
3/4 to 1 C sliced Almonds toasted
1 to 2 Oranges peeled and sliced
 
SALAD DRESSING
3/4 C Olive Oil
1/2 C Apple Cider Vinegar
1/2 C Sugar
1 t. Salt
1 t. Dry Mustard
1/2 Onion, small red, chopped fine
Instructions
Mix the salad ingredients together. Blend the dressing ingredients together and blend for 2 minutes. When ready pour the dressing over the lettuce mixture and toss together.
