Combine the flour and pepper in a bag and put the steak strips in the bag and toss to coat.
In fry pan add the butter and meat to brown. Add the drained mushrooms, chopped onion,
minced garlic clove and brown lightly with the meat. Stir in the beef both and cover for about
1 hour or until meat is tender; stirring occasionally. Gradually stir in the sour cream; cook
over low heat for 5 minutes. Serve over cooked noodles
