     Feast From the East - Stir Fry

Ingredients
DRESSING
1/3 C Hoisin Sauce
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Rice Vinegar
1/2 C Chicken Broth
1 T Sesame Oil
1 T Grated Ginger Root
2 t. Orange Zest
1 t. Garlic minced
 
1/4 t. Salt, Pepper, Red Pepper Flakes
STIR FRY
8 oz cooked fettuccini noodles broken in half
Chicken cooked and cubed
2 C Broccoli florets small
1 C Red Pepper sliced
1 C Carrots grated
1/2 C chopped red onion
1/3 C Basil Leaves chopped

Instructions
STIR FRY. Fry the meat till done then add the vegetables and cook till crispy. Add the dressing ingredients and toss. When it is all hot remove from the heat. Pour over cooked noodles and sprinkle with basil
