In a large soup pot heat 2 Tbsp vegetable oil, season meat with salt
and pepper, then brown in oil on all sides. Remove meat from pot.
Add 2 tbsp. oil to pot with onion, garlic and spices. Cook gently on
medium for 3-4 minutes until onions soften. Add the cider vinegar
and cook for another minute.
Add marinara, stock, water, green chiles and bring to a boil. Add meat and simmer for about 45
minutes or until the meat is tender. Once the meat is tender, add the beans and heat through.
Cook pasta, drain, coat with a little olive oil. Add the desired amount of pasta to the individual
bowls. Top with your favorite garnishes when served.
