Fry the ground beef, salt and pepper and onion together. Add the
can of tomato soup to the meat and stir together. Put the meat
mixture in a casserole dish add sprinkle corn on top.
Make mashed potatoes seasoned for taste and spread on top of
the mixture in the casserole dish. Sprinkle the cheese as a garnish.
Cover and bake in the oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. 10
minutes before done take the cover off to brown the top a bit.
This recipe is good as a meal to take to someone. It also freezes
well.
