     Dill Pickles (big batch)

Ingredients
8 pounds pickling cucumbers
4 cups white vinegar
12 cups water
2/3 cup pickling salt
16 cloves garlic, peeled and halved
8 sprigs of fresh dill weed
8 heads of fresh dill weed
 

Instructions
Prepare the same as my recipe for Pickles (one jar at a time). Instead of dill seed put 1 head of dill in bottom of jar and 1 sprig on top of jar.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 8 quart jars
