Mix together ground beef, cracker crumbs, half the ketchup, eggs and onion soup. Place in 9x5 loaf pan. Top with remaining ketchup. Bake at 350F for 70 minutes.
I often omit the ketchup in the meat and just put some on top.

Serve with scalloped potatoes and veggies or on a bun for lunch.
