Mix raw pork, cabbage, mushrooms, onion, egg, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, white pepper and salt. Wrap in wonton wrappers using a bit of water on finger to seal edges.
Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add carrots, celery, mushrooms and wontons and cook for 8 to 10 minutes. Then add broccoli, sprouts, and green onions and cook for another 2 minutes.
