1 white or yellow cake mix

1 large package of vanilla pudding mix

1/2 cup pineapple juice
|

1/2 cup milk

1 8oz package cream cheese, softened

1 tub Cool Whip, thawed

2 cans crushed pineapple
|
| |
shredded coconut, toasted (optional)
|
| |
sliced almonds, toasted

Instructions |

|
Prepare cake according to package directions. Bake in sheet cake pan for 20 minutes.

Mix vanilla pudding mix with 1/2 cup pineapple juice (drained from crushed pineapple) and 1/2 cup of milk.

Beat cream cheese until smooth and then beat in Cool Whip. Beat in pudding.
|
|
|
|
Top cake with topping, then with very well drained pineapple, coconut and almonds. Serve.
