Brown hamburger. Add carrot, onion and crushed chilies and sauté.
Add corn and peas. Then add in about 650 grams of cooked rice. Mix all together well.
Cut peppers in half lengthwise. Stuff with hamburger and rice filling. Top with cheese. Bake at 375 for 20 to 30 minutes. Put remainder of filling in the oven in a baking dish topped with cheese.
