     Melting Pot Cheese Fondue

Ingredients
1/2 cup beer
2 tsp chopped garlic
2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp worcestershire
6 oz med-sharp cheddar
2oz swiss
2 tbsp flour
 

Instructions
Place beer, garlic, mustard and worcestershire in pot and combine well. Toss cheese with flour. When beer mixture is warm, add 1/3 cheese and whisk well. Once cheese is incorporated, add 1/2 the remainder and whisk well. Add remaining cheese and whisk until smooth.
