Heat 1 1/2 tsp butter over medium low heat.
Saute onion until golden. Remove with slotted
spoon. Turn up heat, brown meat all over.
Remove. Melt 1 1/2 tsp over medium heat. Add
mushrooms. Cover and cook two minutes. Lower
heat, add sour cream until heated. DO NOT BOIL.
Add onions and meat. Served over boiled
noodles.
