     Instant Pot Garlic and Herb Shredded Chicken

1 1/2 lbs. raw boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/2 tsp. dried oregano
1/4 tsp. each salt and black pepper
2 cups chicken broth

Place chicken in Instant Pot, sprinkle with seasonings. Add chicken broth. Cover and close lid. Set pressure release valve to sealing position. Press the Manual button, set time for 8 minutes. (will preheat for 10-15 minutes)
Press the Keep Warm/Cancel button to turn off pot. Turn pressure release handle to the Venting position to let out steam until float valve drops down.
Transfer chicken to a large bowl, draining the broth. Shred with two forks.
Serving Suggestions
Add to salads, soups, wraps, scrambles, etc.
