Place chicken in Instant Pot, sprinkle with seasonings. Add
chicken broth. Cover and close lid. Set pressure release
valve to sealing position. Press the Manual button, set time
for 8 minutes. (will preheat for 10-15 minutes)
Press the Keep Warm/Cancel button to turn off pot. Turn
pressure release handle to the Venting position to let out
steam until float valve drops down.
Transfer chicken to a large bowl, draining the broth. Shred
with two forks.
Add to salads, soups, wraps, scrambles, etc.
