     Macaroni

Ingredients
16 oz pack macaroni
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp olive oil
3 qts water
1 stalk celery chopped
1 medium onion chopped
1/2 medium green pepper chopped
1 large can evaporated milk
2 eggs beaten
 
16 oz package extra sharp cheddar cheese grated
1/8 tsp black pepper
more salt to taste

Instructions
Cook noodles in 3 quarts of water, add salt and olive oil. Add onion, celery and green pepper when noodles are almost cooked. Cook noodles a bit longer than usual, drain well, put back in pot.
Add cream, eggs, butter, black pepper and cheese. Save about a cup of cheese to sprinkle on top. Mix well.
Pour in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
