Cook noodles in 3 quarts of water, add salt and olive oil. Add onion,
celery and green pepper when noodles are almost cooked. Cook
noodles a bit longer than usual, drain well, put back in pot.
Add cream, eggs, butter, black pepper and cheese. Save about a cup
of cheese to sprinkle on top. Mix well.
Pour in a greased 9 x 13 casserole dish, sprinkle remaining cheese on
top. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes.
