Mix sugar and orange rind about 2 or 3 hours before you're ready to use it.

Prepare Kimara's bun recipe. After first rise roll out dough into a rectangle. Butter dough and then sprinkle with the orange sugar.

|
Roll up jelly roll fashion pinching seam together. Slice into 12 and place in greased 9x13 metal baking pan.
|
|
|
|
Bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
