     Refrigerator Pickles

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups vinegar
2 1/2 cups water
1/2 cup brown sugar (heaping)
1/4 cup salt (scant)
1 1/2 tsp. ground mustard
 

Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together. Add cucmbers that have been sliced (peeled or unpeeled) until the flavor soaks through.
Ready to eat in 2 hours and will keep in a refrigerator a week or more.
Weigh down in a crock to soak with a plate on top.
