     RDBE Instant Pot Chicken/Turkey Soup

Ingredients
1 T butter
1/2 diced onion
1 c matchstick (or diced) carrots
3 diced celery stalks (I left these out)
1 - 2 T minced garlic
1/2 t dried thyme (or more depending on taste)
1/2 t oregano (or more depending on taste - I might leave this out next time)
1/2 t dried basil (or more depending on taste)
6-8 cups chicken/turkey broth
 
1-2 cups cooked chicken/turkey cubed or shredded
½ - 1 c alphabet, or Udon (yum), or spaghetti noodles
1 - 2 cups chopped spinach amount depends on your preference
Chopped green onion
salt
black pepper

Instructions
1. Saute the butter, onion, carrot, celery, and a big pinch of salt for about 5 minutes until they're soft and sweet. 2. Add the garlic, thyme, oregano, and basil. Cook for 1 minute. 3. Add the broth, meat, and noodles. 4. Place lid, close vent, and set Soup setting for 4 minutes. 5. Quick release. 6. Stir in your chopped green onion and spinach 7. Salt and pepper to taste.
Serving Suggestions
Feel free to edit the recipe to make it fit your format. I do not use exact measurements.
