Ingredients
1 cup flour - sifted
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup shortening - cut in
1/2 cup milk
20 plums or 8 Italian prunes
1/4 tsp nutmeg OR 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
 
2 TBS butter
1/2 cup sugar
Instructions
spread dough bottom 10x6x2 pan arrange sliced plums over top of dough Add nutmeg, lemon, butter, sugar sprinkle over prunes
375 45-60mns serve whipped cream
